The Mysterious City

The mysterious city- the city is hidden on top of elephant and the elephant is huge enough to reach the sky. This hidden is hard to be found because the elephant is moving slowly in the ocean. My idea of concept is based on bring matte painting to alive. Use camera 2.5D effect to show the city and elephant, create a type animation for the story or movie title.
