Ensemble

I created a concept and brand identity inspired by the principles of Wabi-Sabi, to me, this meant embracing and finding true beauty in imperfection. Alas Ensemble was born, an unconventional dining experience that celebrates people coming together and embracing (what one could traditionally think) the awkwardness. Ensemble is about people coming together and enjoying great wine & great food (all made from imperfect vegetables to minimize food waste).
